Schematic Design
1.

Basic design drawings from architects/designers are uploaded into ABD and converted into basic 2D models
Parametric Design and Development
2.
Templates, customisable by adjusting parameters (e.g. ceiling height), can be used to auto-generate 3D models based on these 2D models

3.

ABD auto-generates basic framing and adds fixtures and accessories (e.g. plumbing visualisation) based on input parameters to the 3D model, which can then be used as documentation for the tender process
4.
3D models can be loaded from the ABD library to automate detailed design drawings (e.g. auto-creating holes in steel framing for detailed frame drawings); parameters can be adjusted to auto-update designs

Construction Documentation and Stimulation
Detailed schedule of quantity and cost estimation is automatically generated based on designs

5.
6.
Detailed schedule of quantity and cost estimation is automatically generated based on designs Analysis can be performed on 3D designs (e.g. adjusting parameters to simulate lighting) or modules tailored to the optimisation for select parameters (e.g. energy efficiency) can be leveraged

7.
Core data and designs developed can be used to automate production of documentation for the manufacturing process

Integrated compatibility
Detailed design files created in ABD can be converted into formats compatible with software used in other stages of the construction process e.g. computer-assisted manufacturing (CAM) software
